About Us
KA Hersey and Sons may have been founded in 2000 but its history began much earlier than that. The name itself explains the core values and history, skills and experience that come with working with us. Owner, Scott Hersey, is a third generation carpenter and builder. The company is named after Scott’s father and grandfather, both builders and carpenters themselves. Scott grew up on construction sites, never living down the time he had to have his overalls stapled to the roof. As the name suggests, this is a family company and clients of KA Hersey and Sons are viewed as part of that family too.
